This five-day program consists of five courses and a capstone project. The courses are:

This Mini-MBA Program ends with a Capstone Project which enables you to apply what you have learned throughout the program to a real-world business problem or opportunity, and present your solution to your peers, instructor, and a panel of experts.

Day 1: Business Strategy

The course on Business Strategy aims to equip students with the knowledge and skills to analyze, formulate and implement strategic decisions in various business contexts.

Day 2: Business Finance

This Business Finance course covers the basics of financial management for small and medium-sized enterprises. This workshop aims to help participants understand the key concepts and tools of business finance, such as cash flow, budgeting, financial statements, profitability, and break-even analysis. It also provides practical tips and exercises on how to apply these concepts and tools to their own companies.

The Capstone Project is a culminating assignment that allows students to apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired throughout this mini MBA program to a real-world problem or opportunity. It can take various forms, such as a business plan, a consulting project, a case study, a market research, or a social impact initiative. The purpose of a capstone project is to demonstrate the student’s mastery of the core competencies and learning outcomes of this mini MBA program, as well as to showcase their creativity, innovation, and leadership potential.

Each student would present their strategic plan in a written report and an oral presentation to their instructor and peers on the last day of the program. The students will be given feedback and assessed by their instructor and peers alike on the quality, feasibility, originality, and impact of their strategic plan, as well as on their research skills, analytical skills, communication skills, and presentation skills.
