Suzanne Hill<\/strong>\u00a0is the founding Director and Quality Executive of Assured Quality Improvements Limited (UK), a Quality and Business Improvement Management Consulting organization; facilitating Quality and Business Improvement, covering client manufacturing and logistics facilities, as well as Global Supply Chains.\u00a0 Suzanne is a Chartered Engineer (C.Eng IMechE) and Chartered Quality Professional (CQP CQI), with Business Management qualifications.\u00a0 She has worked within the global aerospace industry for over 25 years specializing in Gas Turbine Manufacturing Quality systems to EASA part21 subpart G regulations. \n\n\n\n Paul Kunder<\/strong>\u00a0is the President of Amera-Veritas, Inc., a provider of quality, safety, and risk management services. Mr. Kunder is a lead instructor for the Aerospace Auditor Transition Training and is currently an International\/Americas Quality Group and RABQSA AS9100 Aerospace Auditor and Quality System Lead Auditor. He is active in standards development as a voting member of the US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) to ISO Technical Committee 176 which is responsible for development of the ISO 9001 Standard. He serves as the Vice Chair of the National ANSI\/ASQ Z1A Committee on Auditing (ISO 19011) and on the US TAG Interpretations Committee. He has performed more than five hundred audits and has assisted more than eighty organizations with the development and certification of their quality management systems including the Federal Aviation Administration Office of Aviation Safety. Prior to his current position, Mr. Kunder was involved in the accreditation of several 3rd party registrars, acted as an administrator for the first RAB accredited registrar in the United States and works as a subcontract auditor for a number of registrars. Mr. Kunder is an ASQ senior member and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n Julia Liang<\/strong>\u00a0has more than 20 years operational working experience in aerospace, telecom, and Marine industries. She is a certified six sigma Black Belt and CQI charted Quality Professional. She has worked for Rolls-Royce for 10 years. She is involved in AS13xxx serials stands deployment within Rolls-Royce and its supply chain. She has experience on coaching supplies on Zero Defect mindset and defect prevention tools. She has a passion for lifting the quality standard in the Aero Engine Industry and is willing to share her experience with a wide audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n Peter Amsden<\/strong>\u00a0is currently retired after 35 years in the corporate world. Beginning with General Motors in maintenance at the Ste. Therese Assembly Plant, Peter held positions of increasing responsibility within Operations and Quality until the Firebird & Camaro plant closure in 2002 as Director of Quality Assurance & Vehicle Assembly Engineering. He went on to perform the same duties at GM\u2019s Linden, New Jersey Truck Plant and the Flint, Michigan Powertrain Transmission Complex before starting his own quality consulting firm in 2004. Lured back into manufacturing with Pratt & Whitney Canada as Quality Performance Manager, he was quickly promoted to Director of Supply Management Quality and went on to become the Quality Leader for United Technologies\u2019 \u201cOne Company\u201d effort to commonize processes and procedures amongst all its aerospace divisions. This role included supply chain rationalization and integration, and in 2012 Peter helped found the Aerospace Engine Supplier Quality (AESQ) Strategy Group. From 2015 to 2018, he was the Secretary of the AESQ and remained active until his retirement in 2019 with several standards writing teams including AS13000, AS13001, AS13004, AS13006, and AS13100. Peter is an ASQ CQE and holds degrees of B.Sc. (Physics) and B.Eng. (Mechanical).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n Deb Oberhausen\u00a0<\/strong>has a combined 35 plus years of experience in automotive and aerospace quality management. Her experiences include intensive support of shop floor activities, supplier development and quality system development, implementation and certification in a variety of industries including coatings, cold and hot forging, assembly, coil coating and automotive adhesives for both large and small companies. Throughout her career she held multiple Quality Leadership roles within manufacturing sites and corporate offices. These vast experiences led Deb to the status of a Quality Systems Fellow at Pratt and Whitney.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWhile serving as the Quality Manager for United Technologies Corporation (UTC) Deb became involved in the International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) where her leadership skills were quickly recognized and put to use. During her involvement she served as the Co-Chair for the Product and Supply Chain Continuous Improvement committee for more than five years leading the development of much of the content in the Supply Chain Management Handbook (SCMH). Her biggest contribution to the aerospace industry is the initiation and leadership she provided for the development of the AS9145 standard, Advanced Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process(PPAP) for Aerospace. Deb is now considered the \u201cGrandmother\u201d of APQP for aerospace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n Dario Yamamoto<\/strong>\u00a0has over 10 years\u2019 experience in the Aerospace and Aviation Industries as a Plant, Engineering and Quality Manager in Aerospace Manufacturing and Aviation Companies. He also has 11 years\u2019 experience in Education as Engineering Program Coordinator, University Professor and Certified Bombardier Aerospace Structural Assemblies Instructor. He is a Worldwide AS9100 Lead Aerospace Industry Experience Auditor and a SAE International Instructor for the courses: C1501 Common Training for DPRV Personnel, C1713 Implementation of an Internal Audit Program, C1877 Developing and Qualifying an Alternate Inspection Plan per AS13002, C1878 MSA Requirements for the Aero Engine Supply Chain per AS13003 and C1917 Requirements for APQP and PPAP per AS9145.<\/p>\n\n\n\nFollowing experiences with AS9110 Maintenance and AS9100 Manufacturing Aerospace Standards in companies such as Alpha Star Aviation Services (Saudi Arabia), Turborreactores ITR, Ketema Aerospace Mexico and the Aeronautical University in Queretaro (UNAQ), Dario started working as an Auditor conducting 3rd party audits according to the Aerospace Manufacturing Standard; AS9100, Consulting and Instruction while providing services of Gap Analysis; Internal & External Audits; Development and Implementation of Quality Management Systems according to AS9100, AS9110, OHSAS 18001, ISO9001; Development and Implementation of NADCAP Special and Manufacturing Processes; Process Mapping; Root Cause Analysis; 8 Ds and 5 Whys Problem Solution Techniques; Risk Assessment and Quality, Manufacturing, Auditing and Operation Staff Training and Certification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
